Billing, Subscription & Refund Policy

1. Pricing and currency
Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. One-off purchases are charged immediately. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis.
2. Subscriptions
Subscription plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date through your account or by contacting support.
Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund already-used Quick Reviews or Deep Report Credits for the current billing period.
3. Deep Report Credits
Deep Report Credits are consumed when you generate a Deep Report. Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated in your plan. Unused credits remain available while your account is active.
4. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will notify you and may retry the charge. Continued failed payments may result in suspension of paid features until the issue is resolved.
5. Refunds
We assess refund requests fairly and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds may be available if:
- The paid report fails to generate through a fault on our end.
- You are double-charged for the same transaction.
- The service materially malfunctions and you cannot use what you paid for.
- You bought the wrong plan and contact support within 14 days without using the credits.
Refunds are not usually available if:
- You simply dislike an AI interpretation or disagree with the analysis.
- You have used all or most of your Deep Report Credits or Quick Review allowance.
- You expected legal advice rather than educational analysis.
- You ignored the AI disclaimer or upload recommendations.
6. Price changes
We may change prices for subscriptions or Deep Report Credits from time to time. If we increase prices for an existing subscription, we will notify you in advance before the change takes effect.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
