This policy sets out the rules for using Lay The Terms. It exists to protect the service, its users, and the people whose documents may be uploaded.
2. Prohibited content
You must not use Lay The Terms to upload, analyse, store, or distribute content that is:
- Illegal under Australian law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory.
- Infringing on someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Malicious, including malware, viruses, or exploits.
- Content you do not have the right to use or analyse.
3. Prohibited behaviour
You must not:
- Attempt to interfere with the service, bypass security, or overload the platform.
- Extract system prompts, reverse engineer the service, or scrape reports at scale.
- Use automated tools to create accounts, submit content, or extract data without authorisation.
- Upload other people's sensitive information without their authority.
- Use the service to commit fraud, harassment, discrimination, or illegal surveillance.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Lay The Terms outputs without authorisation.
4. Consequences of violation
We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, and take other appropriate action if you breach this policy. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.
